Ask “why?”

Asking why lends clarity, context and insight to intention.

You don’t always need to express it verbally, but start with practicing it in your own head as it applies to your own actions. Many of us do things on autopilot and practicing asking ourselves why, will lend insight into our own intentionality, or lack there of. 

Why is a wonderful practice in self awareness.
